    Design and development of AI-based chat automation solutions, working independently across the full build cycle.

    • Architected a multi-tenant RAG pipeline using Qdrant and LangChain, isolating each chatbot in its own vector collection to deliver context-aware answers over private, per-client knowledge bases.
    • Built a pluggable multi-provider LLM abstraction over LangChain unifying OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini behind a single interface.
    • Engineered an asynchronous conversational orchestration engine (FastAPI + Celery + Redis) that normalizes multi-channel webhooks (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Webhook) and multi-format messages (text, image, and audio via vision and Whisper) into a unified format.
    • Built a feedback-driven self-improvement loop that analyzes conversations and human-agent corrections to continuously refine prompts, flows, and retrieval quality.
